Introduction
Welcome to Bec Said Health! These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you and Rebecca Said, the sole trader operating this online coaching service. By purchasing any digital product/ program from our site, you agree to adhere to these terms.
Who We Are and How to Contact Us
Identity: We are Bec Said Health, operating as a sole trader, Rebecca Said, as a certified nutritionist.Contact: You can reach us via email at becsaidhealth@gmail.com
Agreement to Terms: Your use of our site implies acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Our Contract with You
Order Acceptance: We accept your order once an order is placed through our website or payment link, establishing a contract between us.
Order Rejection: If we're unable to accept your order, we'll notify you promptly and won't charge you for the program
Privacy:
When you apply for Membership, you will need to provide us with, and we will have access to personal information about you, including information relating to your health and finances.
Your personal information may be: transferred to and stored on our computing systems (this may include the cloud); disclosed to and used by Rebecca Said for the purpose of statistical analysis.
By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to us collecting, using, disclosing and dealing with your personal information in accordance with the Terms and our privacy policy. In particular, you consent to the transfer and storage of your personal information to Rebecca Said’s computing systems.

You must tell us if you have a change to your health that may impact the program, also if your contact or payment details change.
You agree that photos, films, videos or audio recordings are sometimes taken of Members for promotional purposes. We will not use those images unless you agree. If you agree to be recorded that agreement allows us (for any legitimate purpose including marketing) to promulgate that recording.
Fees & Terms:
The Fees you have to pay are as specified via Rebecca Said.
If you fall behind in payments, your Membership may be suspended and you could be refused access to the program until payments are up to date.
Your Membership may also be terminated if any Fees remain unpaid for an extended period. You will still be liable for all unpaid amounts.
By nominating a credit or debit account, you authorise us, to deduct from that account all Fees and other charges you are responsible for under this Agreement.
You must keep your account details up to date and ensure there is enough money in your nominated account on the usual payment or the next working day if that falls on a day when banks do not process payments. If there is not enough money in your nominated account on the usual payment day, or there is another reason that your account was unable to be debited you may be in default. That sum may be added to your next debit amount.
Service fees are non-refundable and if you are choosing to pay via a payment plan, you are obligated to pay as agreed, regardless of how you use the program.
If payments are late or not fulfilled you will be removed from the program until payments are back in working order.If your payment fails on the first attempt, it will be re-tried one day, three days, and five days post initial charge. If the payment does not succeed after the final retry on day five, your account will be suspended and you will incur a 5% late fee. Once the outstanding payment and the 5% late fee have been successfully processed, your account will be restored within the program.
Even if you made an accidental purchase, changed your mind, or realised that there are legitimate reasons why this program is not suitable for you, we will not be able to refund you.You agree to provide a non-refundable deposit equivalent to four weeks' worth of the program's cost upon enrollment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the program. Failure to provide this deposit within the specified timeframe may result in the forfeiture of your enrollment slot. The deposit serves to secure your placement in the program and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refunds
We understand that circumstances may arise where you may seek a refund for our coaching program. However, please note that once purchased, the program and digital content become immediately accessible, and refunds are generally not applicable.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or if you feel the program is not suitable for you. In exceptional cases, refunds may be considered at the discretion of Rebecca Said.

Such cases may include:
Technical Issues: If there are significant technical issues preventing access to the program and its content, which cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame.
Misrepresentation: If there is a substantial discrepancy between the advertised program and the actual content or services provided.
To request a refund, you must contact us at becsaidhealth@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and provide a detailed explanation of the reason for your request.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original method of payment and may take several business days to appear in your account.
Please note that any requests for refunds made outside of the specified time frame or not meeting the above criteria may not be considered.
Suspensions:
We allow one suspension per 12 month period for up to 4 weeks, after the initial 16 week commitment period has been completed. I
f you need to suspend for a longer period of time we may agree to freeze your membership for more than the period above. Just let us know and provide a sound reason.
Cancellations:
To cancel your coaching service, please provide at least 4 week's notice.
We will cancel your subscription exactly 4 weeks after the written notice has been sent to us. This is to account for the pre-programming and periodisation that has been completed for you.
If you wish to cancel your coaching services during the initial 16-week term of your agreement, you will have to pay the remaining balance of the fixed term of your membership agreement.
If your Agreement is for a fixed term, it will continue after the end of that term unless you tell us otherwise. In that circumstance, any fees will be adjusted as the general fees change for the program from time to time (but not very often). To cancel that continuing agreement please provide at least 4 weeks written notice.
By agreeing to continue coaching with Bec Said Health after receiving a complimentary two-week period, you acknowledge and accept that you are liable for the full payment of the remaining duration of the initial 16-week commitment period. After completing the initial 16-week period, a minimum of four weeks' written notice is required to cancel your participation in the program. Failure to provide such notice will result in continued billing for the remaining program duration.
After completing your 16-week initial commitment period, your agreement will automatically renew and continue to be debited on a weekly or monthly basis. The fees will be adjusted to reflect the general fees of the coaching program unless agreed otherwise.
Termination:
I may discontinue the service to you upon written notice for any reason, including but not limited to, your failure to cooperate and non-payment of fees.
Changes to Services:
Coaching Calls: We reserve the right to adjust the schedule of any coaching sessions without refunds or discounts.
Coach breaks: We reserve the right to take breaks from providing services, e.g. over Christmas holidays, ensuring I can maintain the quality of support over the long term. I will notify you in advance of any breaks and promptly resume services upon my return. During my absence, I will ensure you have access to resources for continued progress, and I am available to address any concerns you may have.
Product Updates: Minor changes may occur to our program to comply with legal requirements or for technical enhancements. These changes won't affect your program usage.
Digital Content:
Immediate Access: Upon subscription and payment acceptance, you'll gain immediate access to the digital content within the program.
Technical Issues:The program may be likely to present technical issues that relate to your device and operating software, or other applications you have installed that can interfere with the performance of the program. Issues of this nature are not necessarily the result of an oversight during the program development and may therefore often be out of the Seller’s control. Nonetheless, the Seller shall always strive to rectify these issues promptly to ensure the program's optimum performance for all customers. If the Seller is actively trying to resolve these technical issues, and these issues are not detrimental to your overall access and usage of the program, experiencing them will not constitute grounds for a refund.
Liability Release:
Rebecca Said is not a registered dietician. The content of this nutritional and health program and any supplementary advice that accompanies it is to serve as a general overview of matters of interest and is not intended to be comprehensive and should not be taken as medical (or other) advice in any way. This advice is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any health problem - nor is intended to replace the advice of a physician. This program is a compilation of one person's processes, concepts, methodology, and opinions. You should carry out your own research and/ or seek your own professional advice before acting or relying on any of the information displayed in your program whether it be in person or online coaching. Always consult your physician or qualified health professional on any matters regarding your health before acting or relying on any information displayed in your program. Rebecca Said, will not be liable for any injuries, loss, and/or damage that may arise out of the clients participation in this program. The client accepts to take sole responsibility if they choose to adopt and/ or use the ideas, content, methodologies, and opinions within this program.By signing or accepting this form, the client acknowledges that Rebecca Said is not a medical practitioner and the advice and/or guidance the client receives does not serve as medical advice. The client also acknowledges that this advice is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any health problem - nor is intended to replace the advice of a physician and the client has been advised to always consult a physician or healthcare professional before undergoing any lifestyle, dietary or supplementary changes. By signing or accepting this form the client confirms that they have disclosed any and all known medical or genetic conditions, medications the client uses whether prescribed by a healthcare professional or not and any significant personal or family medical history. By signing or accepting this form, the client assumes any risk associated with exercise and/or nutritional programming and any recommendations that the client chooses to follow for changes in exercise and/ or diet, including but not limited to food supplements and exercise regimen, are entirely the client's decision and responsibility. By signing or accepting this form, the client has carefully read this waiver and understands it to be a release of all claims and causes of action for any injury and/or illness as a result of, or whilst participating in nutritional and health coaching by Rebecca Said.
14 Day Free Trial/ Challenge:
While participating in our 14-day free challenge, it's possible that you may experience weight loss, including up to 2 kilograms. However, we cannot guarantee specific weight loss results within the 14-day period. Individual results may vary depending on various factors such as metabolism, starting weight, diet, and exercise habits. Please consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any new diet or exercise program.Once the 14 days have finished, you will be required to pay for the remainder of the initial 16-week commitment period as outlined in the Fees & Terms
